Great after service care
Having purchased our stroller just under two years ago, we recently experienced an issue with the frame. I contacted Cosatto and quickly received a call back from a lovely gentleman named Wes. He arranged collection and inspection of the pram promptly, and the whole process was incredibly efficient.
When I emailed for an update, Wes called me back within minutes and offered a replacement pram, which was fantastic news. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive and that we received the best possible outcome.
It’s rare to come across such kind, compassionate, and proactive customer service. Wes is a real credit to the company — he even stayed late to process the new pram I collected. Thank you so much!
