I much appreciate the range of products available: it really is possible to track down a very specific image not readily available elsewhere. When problems were encountered in printing a sketch by Ruskin as a card, Magnolia Box was assiduous in achieving the desired result and kept me apprised regularly. After the circle of hell created by the customer service provision of some online giants this was refreshing.

The engineer updated me promptly re ETA and was polite, careful and swift: he explained procedures with clarity and took care to leave the garden undamaged whilst working on the electricity meter.

Prompt despatch, good quality plants( at excellent prices) and extremely careful packaging all make for excellence. Three separate purchases made in recent months have been very satisfactory and a query was dealt with very swiftly. The range of items available is impressive & I anticipate buying more from Gardening Express in the future.
