Ana is a fantastic sports therapist. I had spent a few years focusing on strength training and had always worried about the pain of a sports massage!
She took the time to discuss what areas I wanted to focus on. She noticed imbalances in my body and over a course of treatments was able to even these out.
I find that a day or two after each massage, I have more range of movement and can lift heavier too!
The hot stone massage is also heavenly!
