Our interaction with Machineseeker was frustrating from start to finish. A one-year subscription was renewed automatically without any warning, even though the account hadn’t been used and the employee who originally set it up no longer works with us.

When we contacted them to explain the situation, we were met with an unyielding response that relied strictly on fine print, with no attempt to consider the circumstances. There were no renewal alerts, no checks on activity, and no flexibility—just a renewal processed and a firm refusal to reverse it.

This approach comes across as predatory rather than professional. Customer support showed little interest in resolving the issue and offered no practical solutions.

We would urge other companies to think carefully before committing. Once an agreement is in place, expect rigid enforcement rather than reasonable communication or support.

Our experience with Machineseeker has been extremely disappointing. They renewed our 12-month "contract" without any notice, despite the account being completely inactive and the original user no longer employed at our company.

When we raised this, their response was cold and inflexible—hiding behind rigid terms and conditions while ignoring the context entirely. No reminders, no verification, no usage—just an automatic renewal and a refusal to cancel.

This kind of practice feels deliberately exploitative and shows a complete disregard for fair business conduct. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to engage in any meaningful resolution.

We strongly advise other businesses to be cautious before signing up. Once you're in, don't expect fairness or support—just a locked-in contract and a wall of indifference.
