MISSING CLUBCARD POINTS.

Where do I start with this utter shambles of a company.

I have had a tesco mobile since 2015 so I have had a club card for the same length of time in 2023 I updated my clubcard as the old card had become unusable so that was fine points were added monthly then in may 2025 I had to request a new card as my wallet was stolen with all my cards inc the tesco clubcard so again got new card but very quickly realised that the 1000s of points I had accumulated over the years were not on the new card so I started the process of trying to track down my missing points email after email day after day No help no response no resolution nothing next I emailed the CEO of tesco mobile Mr Jonathan Taylor still no joy few emails back and forth but still no points on my card this will be day 13 of me bombarding the CEO Ken Murphy to get this resolved,I forgot to mention at one point they had the cheek to close the complaint as I did not answer 1 phone call from "The Concern Team"lol what a joke stay clear folks they are a terrible company if you complain but in my opinion they have stolen my clubcard points by my reckoning I'm missing over 7000+ Clubcard points.
