Untrustworthy

Had a review flagged. States there is a pattern. There is no pattern. Waited 2 months to flag. Sent evidence of emails dealing with the company. They say there is no evidence dealing with the company. Sent them account number as well. Odd though not one other review has been flagged. Just one. I question the honesty and validity of reviews here. It's apparent this is common practice with them. Only bad reviews are flagged. Back handers maybe?

I'm response to their comment, they accepted the evidence but state the review is unusual behaviour, not willing to explain what it is or what is unusual. However they have the evidence accepted the evidence but still refuse. This is unusual behaviour and clearly shows bias and possible back handers from certain organisations.

Awful service

Awful company arranged for delivery of items. Didn't turn up. Had a confirmed date waited in when queried said I had to wait 48hrs to hear from company the ordered it through. Told them didn't want it now. Refused a refund. Said I had to await. Also asked for a copy of my chat every time I did this the guy on other end, refused to supply it.

This website is awful

This website is awful, out of date jobs and to be fair the resume review is amateurish at worse.

Awful bank

Awful bank, they took money out of our company account and said their was a valid direct debit. Refused to provide evidence. Withheld the money and froze account. Ombudsman ruled in our favour. They spent more time defending another organisation than helping us. Refusing to supply and evidence whats so ever. There was not valid dd. It felt they had a relationship with this other company and also felt they were colluding with them. Even the company we dealt with sent no evidence to support the monies paid.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company
We are sipp with 2 other companies and were told to join this one as well. We had used them before and were shocking and very amateurish.
They refuse to take ownership of their recommendations and they took months to get back to us. Then whine about it but no calls were received. They could not be bothered to follow the chain of emails, trying to circumnavigate outside of the our audit procedures.
They recommended something to us and when we said it didnt match, they said thats all they could suggest and to use that. When we stated we wont accept any liability or any other costs if they are wrong. They stated they would not accept that. So their recommenditons and suggestions means squat.
Just avoid this company.

Once again trustpilot at their normal ineptness.

Once again trustpilot at their best. Which isnt a compliment. We left a review for a company on here. Which we use for our health and safety adivce and training. This was the comment.

After an initial hiccup
After an initial hiccup, we have finally settled down and we are getting excellent help and support. Its not very often I think a service is value for money but this one is at this moment in time.

This is the reasoning.
This review was removed for breaching Trustpilot’s Guidelines for Reviewers.

We use a strong combination of dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform and detect suspicious reviews.

I see they call the technology clever and not the people. It shows what a joke trustpilot is. If I was a company having positive valid reviews left by consumers and removed I would not be paying for the service.

Seriously consider a different supplier the quality and customer service is poor.

I think the ratings here speak for themselves, we ordered a bed of this company and it was shockingly badly made, not only that, there were not enough supports to hold the mattress, which kept collapsing in the middle. I did complain and they offered to suppy us with more slats, which they already new was an issue from previous reviews, but have ignored it. However it was easier to buy our own and do it ourselves. The product was cheap and quite badly made, however we kept it because it was to much hassle taking it apart and sending it back. Which I think they rely on. Wayfair to be honest is pretty much the same as the cheap online chinese suppliers and definitly not worth the money. Poor quality poor customer service. Oh and because we had a bad experience with the prouduct they blocked us reviewing it.

Only just checked in and dislike it

Well the I do not want to be here and don't give a garbage about customers. Was the instant feeling you got at reception. "Tried to sort disabled parking told to pay outside, then after paying for parking found out disabled parking was free, found that on instructions on wall". "Then asked what's the booking name, how many cards do you want this is your room number. No directions, nothing about facilities, nothing about breakfast or anything else". Got to room no air conditioning, it was like an oven.
This was travelodge duke street Ipswich. I would stay somewhere else..Think I might avoid them from now on when booking for my staff.

Competitive

I have used this company on a few occassions. They have got better, however the odd hiccup. They are competetive, however customer care has a lot to be desired. But 90% of the time deliveries are quick and efficient. I just wish if they did not have anything in stock they let you know. Rather waiting to find out.

Cost effective and they let you know…

Cost effective and they let you know that they do not have all your order, rather than most companies. Before I ordered they informed me how many they had in stock. Other companies seem to tell you after you have paid for it and then leave you waiting. Until its too late. Always use this company for our supplies.

After an initial issue

After an initial issue, not having medications and not producing orders, we have now had quite a succesful easy flowing order system. The company does ensure all our meds are met now. We do sometimes get a delay on meds. However we are informed with plenty of time.
Dealing with Pharmacy2u is easier than going to chemists. The only thing I would say, there are far to many clicks to get through to the final order stage. This should be made a bit simpler. But I would recommend this company.

Remove valid reviews.

un Trust pilot has no trust. You can rely on search engine reviews much better than this site.

They will remove any negative reviews from certain companies, but keep 5 star reviews. They do not attempt to allow you to provide evidence any more and lazily send out standardised emails.

I have had an update from un trustpilot with a standard response seems, backhanders may be in play here.

So let me get this right. 


I originally provided proof to un trustpilot and the company i was reviewing that I was a customer. 
I alter that review to update more interatction, because un trustpilot have stated you cant leave multiple reviews. and they remove it. Knowing I have provided evidence that I am a customer. 
I then send un trustpilot evidence by email I am a customer and copies of communications and the un trustpilot email asking me to confirm with client my details. 
un trustpilot still remove the reviews. 


So i remove old review because un trustpilot may have corrupt employees and may have taken a backhander to have the first one removed, I post the exact same thing un trustpilot accepted and added the new interaction. So un trustpilot remove that because they are possibley corrupt and their employess may have taken a bachhander. 


Even though un trustpilot have not disputed I am not a customer
Even though un trustpilot have received evidence of my interactions with the company 
Even though un trustpilot validated and accepted my interactions
Even though the company responded to my review and asked me to contact, which I did. 


JUST BLATANT BIAS, CORRUPT AND FAKE 


Made a 5 star review on here and trust pilot left it in place, did not ask for evidence did not ask for proof. Left a 2 star review, was contacted by un trustipilot to provide information to prove who I was, they accepted this. Company left review for were supplied verification and they accepted this. However had further interatction with company, and reduced it to a 1 star. Un Trustpilot removed the review. Even though it was verified prior, even though the company responded to reviews about discussing. But I suspect back handers are in play here. It appears certain company's receive special treatment.

On another note, I used to have a previous account, which I deleted, all with vaild various reviews. I deleted it as I had validated it with my documents, however it appeared that Trustpilot shared my name and address to one of the companies and I recieved a letter from the company. That did not have that address or full name. As it was not the details I used on the order.

Great Service

I can whine about the cost of glasses, but its pretty much the same anywhere. However having to pay for stuff aside, i used specsavers in Richmond B.c and found them far exceed service expectations. The initial visit, they explained how the system in B.C worked and what my costs were. The optometrist appointment, they explained what my problem was and that my eyes had not changed. They went on to explain how to deal with my eyes which were sore and red. I then went to collect my glasses, asked to take a seat and wait. The associate came over with my glasses and attended to me, without asking he looked at them and automatically adjusted the nose buds, asking if they fitted comfortably, rather than just handing them standard and relying on me being polite saying yes they were fine. He then explained how glasses should rest on your head and how the arms should feel. Even though I said they were fine, he new they were to tight and explained how they should feel, i then admitted they were too tight. He adjusted them ensuring they were comfortable. I have been a specsaver in the uk for years and the service is generally good there. However this was on another level.
