DO NOT BUY from Ozerty, the worst online retailer there is!
Ozerty tells Lies after lies and more lies, this same lies have been repeated for weeks and months; "The refund is currently delayed due to a technical issue..."
Ozerty is one of the worst company I've ever dealt with, they set £20 charge if order is under £20. Though my order was £28, I still got charged the extra £20! After many emails and complaints they refunded me £16.
Then a month later they took £29.99 out of my account without my acknowledgement or consent! I have been emailing them and asked the reason for taken my money, they said apparently is some sort of subscription I never knew i signed up!
Ozerty, you are one of the worst companies I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with, I would not use your service ever again if you paid me! I could not get rid of you ie demanded you to refund of the added £20 fees which just criminal and stealing! Then you took further £29.99 from my account and calling it subscription fee! Now after dozens of emails in the past 2 months you still not refunded me of my money, your pathetic lies you've been telling over and over is "due to a technical issue..."
Why Trading Standards Agency not checking your online fraudulent behaviours out or being reported to online fraud department is beyond me!
How many people are you still ripping off on a daily basis???
You should not be allowed to trade online!! The worst company there is! I would give you a minus rating if I could! Is "Mary P" your Customer Manager even a really person!!!?? AI or just another lies you tell your customers??!!
