Horrible experience — I strongly do not recommend this company. While the price may seem cheap, the service is even cheaper. The management is disorganized, the driver was rude and confrontational, and the entire experience was stressful from start to finish.

Before the move, I clearly informed both the company and the driver about my arrival time at the property. Despite this, he arrived almost 2 hours earlier and kept calling me repeatedly during that time. When I was finally only 15 minutes away, I asked him to wait — even offering to pay a waiting charge — but he still refused. Instead, he left all of my goods at the ground floor entrance, despite my flat being on the 2nd floor and the contract clearly stating delivery to that floor. He claimed he “needed help,” yet did not want to wait a short while for me to arrive.

When I pleaded for him to at least move a few items upstairs, he bluntly refused. To make matters worse, customer service was inconsistent — at first saying drivers are responsible for moving items, then later completely changing their stance.

In the end, I had to pay an extra £48 and carry everything upstairs on my own. This was unprofessional, misleading, and showed a complete lack of customer care. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Awful customer service, no response even after multiple text to unsubscribe. In the website you can't unsubscribe. Basically, its like a scam site make you trap for easy money. I would gave given 0 star, but there is no option. If you have subscribed just talk to your bank to block them, its the only way.
