Outstanding. Slimmr aren't the cheapest place to get GLP-1s but the support, availability to answer questions and overall care they show is phenomenal. I can't recommend them enough. The team are always quick to respond to any emails and helpful, explaining what might be happening to any concerns, but offering options and possible solutions as well.

First the good - once my parcel was ready for collection, opening the box via the app was simple and fast so I collected my parcel very easily without needing the shop to be open.

Now the not so good. The parcel was noted in the app as received and then took 5 working days for a delivery that should have been 2-3 working days maximum. There was no explanation other than "your parcel is delayed". The parcel then arrived an hour before I was due to leave for several days. I was given only 72 hours to collect so had to race around to get it before I left. Given the lengthy delays in getting the parcel to me meant that I almost missed being able to get it at all - caused by InPost delays in shipping.

Very easy to place an order and info that followed was prompt and helpful. The delivery was much faster than anticipated too. The swimsuit I bought was exactly what I needed and great quality.

I was nervous about weight loss injections and emailed slimmr with some questions at first. They were excellent and really helpful giving good info and advice with no pressure at all. A few weeks later I decided to place my order and at every step they have continued to be supportive and helpful with any question. Any time I email I get a very fast response that is personal and gives pros and cons helping me make my decisions on going up or staying on the same dose.

I couldn't have asked for better help or support. I'm just on 6 months in and have lost over 3 stone with not much left to go. We are already talking about how I will transition to maintenance.

I can't recommend them enough.
