So unnecessarily over complicated

So unnecessarily over complicated. Nothing ever sticks to the times ive set up on the schedule. I’d stick with the ones that work.

Ebay really has gone downhill

Ebay really has gone downhill.
I sent a parcel that wasn’t within the size of the label displayed, as i wasnt aware of this i asked they didnt collect the parcel if thats the case & i will purchase the correct one and refund the incorrect one.

They then continued to take the parcel & not only did it cost me an initial £6.70.

I THEN was charges £44.75 because the item was too big apparently. Even though it weighed no more than a kilogram.

Anyway, I wont be using them again after this, haven’t been happy with the service on ebay lately & this just tops it!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, not only has the parcel gone missing but the money has been refunded from my paypal to the buyer! On my last review I had a reply with a telephone number, that contact number is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

I will not be using this service again & neither will anyone i know due to the shoddiness of the professionalism.

AWFUL!! If i could put less than one i would.

I sent a parcel away with evri & it went missing around 6 weeks ago, its taken this long for them to tell me i wont be getting a refund and sorry if this isnt the outcome we wanted.even after paying for insurance incase of this happening Absolute shambles of a company wont be using these again!

I recommend you find a more established company to post parcels with.

Polite enough staff, its almost as if their hands are tied though, no phone number to call.

Everything is done via chat online to a robot, until they decide to reply. SHODDY!
