Dangerously damaged campers, extremely difficult to book, and terrible customer service. The booking process was extremely stressful as the website was down and they refused to help over the phone for days. We rented two campers for a week in the USA and were waiting for almost 3 hours at the pick up location as they were not ready. When we received the campers, both were dirty and the bedding we were given had blood stains all over them. The table in one camper consistently fell down on top of us. The AC unit in the other camper blew out air with a pungent smell. The cabinets kept flying open as we drove and heavy pots and pans fell on one member of our party due to this. The electricity breaker box started sparking and tripping so we had no electricity or AC in 100 degree heat which was a danger to life. When we contacted indie campers on the phone we were told there was nothing they could do and eventually after hours of trying to get help the most they could do was send us a complaint form from which there has still not been a response 4 days later. We have rented off other rv companies before and done plenty of road trips and never before had such an awful experience.
