I would give 0 or minus if I could. Please avoid this company if you can. I purchased goods in good faith in December. Evri (that's a whole other story) delivered to another address in my neighbourhood, luckily they took the photo for proof as I never found the parcel. Do you think I can get my money back from this company - still fighting even now in February as they say we are waiting on an appeal from the couriers. No care for the customer at all.

Asda pharmacy jumped on the mounjaro bandwagon and prices went through the roof making it unaffordable. It ran out of stock and you’re not supposed to miss a month but due to their incompetency l have to stop at 7.5mg. I also needed to ring them for a refund as no one answered the emails l sent them. I was on hold for 4hrs 38 minutes waiting to get down from caller 41 in the queue - shocking service and will never use them again.
