Fantastic customer service
My package was accidentally delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong address and I was unable to recover it. I sent an email to DS Medical in the evening explaining the situation and received an understanding response first thing the next morning. They sent a replacement item and it reached me 2 days later. Great customer service, will buy from them again!
