Unreliable order service. I’ve placed two separate orders with Dalston mill, about a month apart, and both were missing items. First order was mostly correct, fabric and samples delivered, but the matching thread I ordered was missing. I contacted them and they issued a quick refund. I placed a second order, this time only samples arrived and the actual main fabric order was missing. I contacted them again and they were very apologetic and offered either to send the missing fabric or to refund. I opted for a refund. Disappointed and not trusting them with another order.
