I can see that since I left, the company has constantly promoted people Internally. Was a great stepping stone for me in my career and will be forever grateful. Interesting to see a company you offered your services to when they started up fail so miserably. If they hired me I would of put stringent processes in place. Mitigated risk through robust controls (System preventatives and manual intervention). Goes to show that ignorance can bite you in the... Same guys set up a company previously called Omni capital they more or less run into the ground cut corners and lacked dudiligence in their contracts, one example being safe glaze. I got through to second stage interview which was conducted by Dermott and safe to say he didn't really appreciate me calling out flaws in the previous company and how after he left, the company had a massive turnaround in performance by improving processes and implementing risk measures. Can't teach some people how it should be done unfortunately. Cowboys!
