Worst service ever. Trying to get a small pension out and nearly 9 months later they keep moving the goalpost. We are talking less than £7k. I told them l was living in Spain, they asked for bank statements and a bill. I sent everything only when l chased to be told they didn’t transfer to Spanish accounts. That l needed a UK bank account so l sent them one, then proof of my UK address. I explained l didn’t have a UK address. I feel l am in Groundhog Day, we keep going round and round. Then proof of my Spanish address, once received l would get my money. Now they have asked for other information which l have sent.
For finding pensions they are ok, unless it’s difficult. But to get money back, your money l might add, they are appalling.
