PAYMENT TAKEN NO POLICY ACTIVE

I have been a Jaunt customer for approximately eight months, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I recently received. On 7 December 2025, I attempted to purchase a 9-day insurance policy for my vehicle (SG60 ZTK), commencing at 15:00 the same day. Although the payment was taken from my account immediately, the Jaunt website displayed a technical error and showed no active policy. No insurance certificate or documentation was issued.

This is the second time I have experienced this exact problem. Being charged for a policy that is not activated is a serious service failure, particularly from a company providing legally required insurance cover.

I have now had to request an urgent refund, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. However, these recurring issues raise significant concerns about the reliability and accountability of Jaunt’s systems. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend Jaunt until they address these technical faults and ensure customers receive the policies they pay for.
