Lost £140 Hotel stay package?
A relative purchased a hotel stay as a gift!
We were unable to use the stay for some time because of illness .
Apparently this company sets a redemption period and never informed me this was about to elapse ? Consequently I lost the value of £140 for this stay?
Why couldn't this company contacted me to advise meow extend the period???
Would I ever use them again ......No!!!
