Lost £140 Hotel stay package?
A relative purchased a hotel stay as a gift!
We were unable to use the stay for some time because of illness .
Apparently this company sets a redemption period and never informed me this was about to elapse ? Consequently I lost the value of £140 for this stay?
Why couldn't this company contacted me to advise meow extend the period???
Would I ever use them again ......No!!!

Thank you for your review. We can see that you contacted us to ask how to use your voucher. At that time, we advised that the voucher had expired in June 2025 as stated in the information you provided us with and is now void in line with our terms and conditions.
We understand this may be disappointing, but voucher expiry dates are clearly outlined at the time of purchase and must be used within that period.
