Despite being on the pricey side, the authentic Apple Watch strap I bought was faulty and ended up breaking. They proposed a £15 refund, which falls short since such an item would typically cost between £35 to £55 even when used.

Kindly note that we had requested more information relating to your order via Trustpilot; however, we didn't receive an update.
If you receive a faulty strap, we urge you to contact us so that we can further investigate the magnitude of the fault and provide you with a resolution which is beneficial for both parties.
We also offer a 12-month warranty for any technical defects on the Watch itself, which can be found on our Terms and Conditions https://www.musicmagpie.co.uk/store/terms-conditions :
All Tech items are covered for 12 months against defects that may be caused or arise from:
• Technical Defects – faults or defects that arise outside of the manufacturer’s technical specifications and guidance
• Faults of Defects caused by improper workmanship or materials
