They wouldn’t deliver my parcel so they’ve delivered it to a parcel shop for me to collect. That is no problem I understand it however nowhere is the address of the parcel shop to collect the item ! Not on their website. Not on the Email, not on the piece of paper slipped through the door. Even when I go on the tracking it just says parcel shop with no further details. I contacted customer services who said they’ll get back to me in one day time!! So do I have to go around 20 bloody shops to find the one where you’ve dropped the item, I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver ice to an Eskimo!! what a complete joke.

I used pink to deliver my furniture to London, they were communicative, friendly and nothing to much! Thank you
