We've looked into your purchase in our auction as we understand it, this was an unusual scenario where the seller of the property approached you directly to sell and the seller agreed to pay the associated auction fees to us. Having reviewed our records, our invoices appear to be duly addressed to the seller rather than yourself. We therefore do not believe we have claimed any fees from you.
