(I got scammed!
I paid a big order, the money left my account and then they send me a e-mail telling me there was a “payment error”.
I never got the order and they took my money! and the order ID is LCUJYFXOD.)
Update:
I got an e-mail saying the payment was processed.
I Will wait for the products to arrive and I will test them on a lab to confirm or deny any potencial bad claims about the products.
When I receive the results, I will update again this review.

When you placed an order and your payment was incorrectly evaluated by the system, you wrote us several emails and immediately a bad review without giving us a moment to solve the problem, which we solved within a few hours and you were informed about it.
Your products were sent in 2 packages within a week and both were properly delivered. Since then you have not responded or adjusted the rating. You suddenly do not respond when we tried to contact you to adjust the rating because it unfairly spoils our rating...
