Poor ! Better flowers from Aldi ! I complained as was asked to provide multiple pictures ! Who would want the person who received the flowers to take different angles , when the “thank you “ picture from a friend shown me how completely opposite to the picture I ordered was !

Shocking service ! Can’t speak to anyone . Paid for a policy and it never came through . I then received an email apologising as they had a technical error and a refund would be issued . 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting even after emailing them , I can’t even give them the policy number as it never came through !
