The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. I had mistakenly walked through to the room that says private treatments as there was a line. She then said there's a line. I then waited 5 minutes in the chair. I walked into the pharmacy at 12.03. The lady who does the mole removal said was later even though I was waiting in line to let them know I arrived and then still sat down and waited to be seen. Not very welcoming experience at all. The lady who was the consultant was pleasant however her comment about me being late wasnt good. I also feel the consultation was so rushed.
