Mu address was not complete
I disliked that when I forgot my housenumber in my address, the order just passed "normal". I think the order may only be processed when the address is complete.
I would also like to say that communication about this was very kind and that in the end I received my order. But it took a few weeks ....

Unfortunately, in some cases orders can still be processed if the system doesn’t flag the address as incomplete, which can lead to delays like the one you experienced.
