I'm facing some financial hardship
I'm facing some financial hardship, and I called up to get some help and advice.
I was transferred to a cheerful guy called Ashley. I have NEVER received such fantastic customer service. He got on a level with me, explained my options, helped me find something that worked and made me feel completely at ease.
10/10 service. What a fantastic, understanding, down to earth guy. A credit to this company!
