Moved from BT to EE, huge mistake. Everything worked with BT, no issues for years. Moved to EE and constantly issues. Issues with the app to control devises. Issues with the broadband, I have to restart the router multiple times a day, it just drops all the time. I was promised I wouldn’t notice a difference if I moved. Absolute lies.

Awful. They take different amounts of money each money, so I signed up being told I would be £140 pm then they wanted to take £300 in January. Then the cancelled my direct debit and keep threatening me with a bad credit score but won’t send me a link to pay. They finally sent a link to pay but haven’t credited my account and they are still saying I’m at risk of them reporting me for none payment. It’s awful. I wish I’d stayed with Eon.
