Excellent customer service
Having used Phones From Home previously, I had no hesitation in ordering again when we needed another phone replaced. A true measure of how good a supplier is, is when things don't quite go according to plan. In this case, the phone had a fault that caused it to reboot without warning; I sent an email on a Sunday and Wayne responded within a few minutes. Having received it back on Tuesday, he immediately phoned me to arrange delivery of a new replacement, which arrived the following day. So you can have confidence that you will be well looked after.
