Good breakdown assistance service but long waiting time
Good breakdown assistance service and knowledge provided by the AA Patrol rescue, however the total waiting time for the rescue to arrive was 3 hours since I logged through the AA app. The estimated arrival time on AA app was also not accurate as it stayed at 17 minutes while I waited for more than an hour.
