Booking Process a Nightmare
At the start let me big up Dylan in the customer care team. He dealt with my problems brilliantly - did what he said he would do and called me when he said he would. A star performer.
I can't say the same for the booking process which is a nightmare and takes away much of the fun/enjoyment/anticipation for the activity. Fancy being all digital right up to the point of making your booking and then having to ring the activity provider!!! And you can't see what dates are available until after you've made your choice of activity
