Kat was very approachable and easy to talk to. Keeping me informed of progress at every step.

The proposals we receive have all information needed to process and if I have any queries Kat is happy and efficient in her responses. A lenders and customers dream as the above helps the process to pay out much quicker.

Good customer service

In my experience working in collaboration with the team at 1Finance the service offered demonstrates that the customer is always at the centre of everything they do and what they provide. Kat and her team are diligent in trying to get the best outcomes for their customers by ensuring the use of a bespoke approach to meet their needs and them with right lenders.

It's not often a cold call turns into something really valuable for our business but in this case, it really did. I had Matt call me when we weren't even looking for finance, and he was unfailingly polite, positive and proactive. We were not looking for a way to consolidate historical loans but he found an option which was very reasonable, so we went for it. The whole process took two weeks but could have been even shorter, if there hadn't been issues at my end gathering signatures. I checked 1finance out on the internet as I wasn't sure if they were legit, and they hundred percent are. I'm happy I got to work with them. They are recommended for your business finance needs.
