it was written on web site "if you order before 3pm you will receive next day."
Well - I ordered and it is 8 days later and I did not receive anything. I tried to contact transportation company - no success. Paid in advance.difficult to contact the company. poor customer service

Nicht mehr so gut, wie früher

Ich war mit meinen BigBags bisher sehr zufrieden. Die, die ich früher schon mal bestellt hatte, entsprachen genau meinen Erwartungen.

Leider sind die, die ich jetzt geliefert bekommen habe, bei weitem nicht so gut. Der untere Boden ist zu kurz und ebenfalls die Laschen, mit denen man den Boden schließt. Sie gehen kaum über den Boden rauf, so wie es auf der Homepage gezeigt wird und wie ich es auch von meinen früheren Bestellungen kenne.
Die hier würde ich nicht mehr kaufen.
