Terrible Service
Literally I would give a minus if possible, I ordered three bouquets for three separate addresses and paid the extra for more flowers and a card in each!
First bouquet arrived on time but the flowers were pitiful sparse and just didn't look nive and certainly wasn't worth the money at all,
The second bouquet arrived late and same not many flowers and some were brown on the tips,.
The third didn't arrive at all and I tried to contact them but no reply at all.
I've been in hospital for weeks and nearly lost my life and just wanted to say thank you to the people that helped me
I ordered the flowers on the Wednesday for the Saturday and today is Monday (March 3rd) and the third bouquet still hasn't turned up,
Contacted them on live chat and they was very unhelpful they didn't seem to know anything and couldn't do anything .
I hate to complain and say bad things but I don't want other people to go through this experience while ordering flowers because the chances are they will be disappointed.
I personally would never order from here again, I spent £102 got bad service and low quality and quantity, £102 isn't much to some people I get that but to me it is!

The flowers were for my dear sister who is going through a tough time right now, and the other for a friends Mum who is not very well.
The delivery was fresh flowers and the they were delivered on time and in good condition. I can't thank you enough or recommend too highly.

Shocking company. Customer service donât want to take any accountability. Advertise a next day delivery service and charge a premium for it. Flowers turned up a day late. When they did turn up after sitting a box for 36 hours, they look worse than what you can get from a shop. Donât see this company lasting long when they continue to provide a service like this.

If it was possible to give them zero then that is what I would do.
The flowers were a day late, which was too late and to say that they were possibly a third of what they shouldâve been is probably being generous. A few storks instead of a full bouquet.
As for Customer Services, they are incredibly rude and repeatedly ask you to send the same thing over and over because they cannot seem to hold a conversation from one thread to the other or between each other.
They are basically not interested at all in their customers and it shows greatly in the tone of their emails which are computer generated and not personal at all but very rude and content.
I would not waste your money or time or effort dealing with these people and I shouldâve looked at the reviews before I sent flowers to somebody that mattered to me because I was embarrassed beyond words at what was sent!!

Terrible, I ordered flowers, Teddy and chocolates for a close friend's birthday and they never arrived. I paid over £30 and they will not give me a refund or replacement ð.

If I could rate you zero I would.Received a birthday â bouquetâ from my daughter costing £20 on 13th June 2025.The flowers were half dead ,not fresh,old stock wilting and showing browning/ discolouring on leaves/petals.A total of 5 stems and half dead greenery hardly constitutes value for money or the description â bouquetâ.As a qualified florist I was shocked to say the least.My daughter has contacted you today requesting a full refund forwarding photos of said bouquetâŠyour response initially was a £5 credit as you agreed there was a âslightâ quality issue âŠtheyâre DEAD !When that was refused,you offered to send another â bouquetâ âŠâŠwhy would anyone want more dead flowers?Youve now stated you can no longer help and have refused a full refund.Utterly disgraceful customer service.Apart from the obvious disappointment and distress caused you appear to have little or no concern of your reputation.You are in breach of the consumer rightsâŠ..the product is not fit for purpose and is damaged.Currently contacting customer rights programmes on media to highlight your company and local trading standards.

I placed my order over a week ago, and only today â just one day before the expected delivery â I received a message saying they are unable to fulfil it. Now I have to wait 2â3 working days for a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. This matter will be reported to a manager.

Poor execution of order and customer service
Offered delivery on 4 May 2025, bouquet arrived 2 days later in condition that can only be described as "sad". And not as described on the website. After contacting and complaining about all of these issues I have been offered a litany of excuses and of course the fault of my recipient for not taking adequate care of said bouquet! Rest assured I will never use this company again. I order flowers online regularly usually using The Nation's Favourite and have never had an issue like this with such appalling customer service.

I am not normally prone to hyperbole in reviews, but my honest recommendation is DO NOT USE this flower company. We experienced diabolical performance for my mother's 80th Birthday. We ordered what looked like a very generous medium sized bouquet (£30), comprising Lilys and Roses. What arrived was embarrassing - we couldn't give them to my mother without supplementing with another large bouquet bought from Tesco. Of course, there was no willingness on the company's part to admit their shortcomings despite sending them clear pictures.

Willed flowers âŠ
The flowers my sun ordered for my birthday came on time. Sadly they were not fresh at all willed. They didn't resemble any of the bunches on the website either. The company offered my son a £5 refund which he declined. They sent a replacement bunch, which is better, but there are still flowers missing. I am disappointed, because if you spend good money you have the right to the product you ordered.

Appalling company, do not use under any circumstances. I paid for express delivery for flowers and chocolates to be delivered on a birthday. Three days later still no delivery and all they offer is to refund the extra I paid for express delivery. On requesting my full money back they start referring to their conditions. Paragraph 4 states they will refund if not delivered on the agreed date, paragraph 4.1 says they wonât.

Garage flowers are better
I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date which they were. My daughter called me the next day saying how droopy they were and how the petals were discoloured.
After contacting the company I was asked to send photos (3 in total) which my daughter had sent. The company then asked for another photo which I couldnât provide. I was then told they couldnât do anything without this photo. They do not take responsibility for their goods or offer refunds. Stay away.
