Ordered a printer cartridge for HP which is supposed to a remanufactured of original HP cartridge. Big mistake. The cartridge doesn't even fit in. But that's not even the worst part. Their customer service is horrendous. I initiated a refund request and 6 days later, still trying to explain the issue. The customer support always have technical issue with Video I upload (how convenient). And their response turnaround time is atleast 24 hours (Also how convenient).

Over the years I have spent so much money with this company and when I have one issue with a few cords some random nameless customer rep asks a million questions and have wasted my time with this back and forth until eventually I just got frustrated and picked up a few cords with another reputable source and moved on. Learn from my experience and don't buy from these guys!

I have bought two cartridges from this place - both failed before the warranty period. Basically impossible to get a replacement through the warranty.

I ordered a printer and ink and the website said 5-10 business days for shipping. after waiting 3 weeks i emailed customer service and received no response. After week 4 passed i contacted my credit card provider and filed a charge back.

A week later their sub par over priced poor condition products arrived.

Forward to a month later, they contact me at my work and copy all the corporate higher ups in the email demanding payment instead of simply contacting me personally.

Now their invoicing me for the items without providing me an option to return them. and harassing me at work.

Total scam site. Notice they don't allow any negative reviews on their own website? They delete any negative reviews there. If I could give a Zero I would. Bought colour laser toner (mustache brand) by using their search box on their site for the correct cartridge based on the printer model. It arrives, it doesn't work. Its almost a fit, but not enough. Get on chat with them, spent 90 minutes! Send the photos, video, clear explanations. They ultimately claim we ordered the wrong type. I give them screenshots showing our search on their Website and how it showed the toner their system tells us to use. They still claim its not their fault. Total scammers. Don't trust them. They would not refund. When I told them we'll report it to the credit card company they said they don't care, they'll refute it.

Bought two printer cartridges that were supposed to be delivered within five days. When that came and went, I found the cartridges for half price on Amazon, with next day delivery.

So since it STILL had not been delivered, I cancelled the order.

However, although they SAID they would get the cartridges sent back, they were still delivered.

Contacted them AGAIN, restating that I wanted my refund. They sent me a UPS label, but there is no UPS drop off in my town, and I would have had to PAY to have the cartridges I had ALREADY CANCELLED picked up and sent to me.

I am ALSO expected to take responsibility for the cartridges I had already CANCELLED until their courier delivers them back to them.

So if THEIR courier loses or damages them, I'm responsible?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They are slow, expensive, and just plain crooked.

After using the moustache ink in a brother inkvestment printer for about six months, the prints gradually started getting worse, to the point that nothing would print well. Even after spending hours running the printer's various cleaning routines many times, it didn't improve the print quality.

Upon requesting a refund, they gave me the runaround. After a few back-and-forths, they agreed to refund the ink if I sent it back. I did this a few days later, at the beginning of January, and the refund was supposed to be issued up to three days after they received the package.

A month and a half went by, and I saw nothing credited. I finally got back in touch with them and they said the refund was refused because it had been over a year, yet they didn't bother to get in touch with me.

They offered to send me replacement ink, even though I had stated from the beginning that I didn't want replacement ink, and they SAID they'd give a refund. They offered no solutions, so I asked if they could send a cheque or etransfer the refund. They said yes to etransfer, and that it would have to be sent to their financial department, saying they would keep me posted. That was on February 24th.

March 11th rolls around and I hadn't received an etransfer, so I asked again, and was told I would have it by end of day. Six days later, I email again, saying I haven't received anything, and I finally got the refund, three and a half months after they received the returned package. I eventually got the refund, but the entire experience was like pulling teeth; I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Bought what was supposed to be an OEM fuser maintenance kit for my lexmark printer. today I found out it was not OEM, gave me issues and had to replace it and this how I knew I got scammed with those people. Bought the OEM from Lexmark itself and it cost me less money than the piece of garbage they sent me.

I purchased some toner ink cartridges for my Hp Laser jet pro printer and I was really pleased! Not only did I save over $300 from purchasing ink from HP, they were very easy to install with visual or picture instructions etc. WoW! I'll be buying more from now on! The shipping was included but no option for faster shipping and that's why I didn't give full stars.

I would give it no star if possible. Highway robbery. I entered Canon125 LX ink cartridge in my order & they sent me a receipt with regular, not XL. They also completely messed up my address, I entered a Canadian address initially - I changed it, and they appli d my old American address. The address I got fixed, but not the correct ink cartridge size. When I called customer service the first woman would not let me speak, she kept talking right over top of me. I finally had to hang up and call again to speak to someone who would actually let me speak and give my complaint. They have been no help in resolving the problem. Don’t use them! Terrible service!!

your online ordering seems more of a scam than a Iegitamates site. I am not interested in haveing an account. I am not interested in a percentage discount when I enter an Amex card number I would appreciate if your site would recognize the number. All you need is my name ,address, phone number and credit card type and number. The hucksterizim of your site, shows that your all Image and no subsance. I give you 1 astroid.

They give you the impression that they will ship next day but never do 5 to 7 days false advertising better to pay a little more and know what to expect.

I have been purchasing their moustache products since 2018, they used to be good but in the last 2 years they are crap. Ink leaking everywhere, drums that don't work, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for with these guys. They also don't stand behind their products....a credit would have made me happy so I could buy something else from them, but they refused to do that, they don't stand behind their own products. I'm sure they have so many people calling in to get replacements that they can't afford to give people credits.

I bought a Moustache TN-750 toner cartridge for my Brother HL-5470DW printer from 123ink.ca recently.
Worst piece of crap I have ever paid money for.
Cannot read anything smaller than 16 point font that is printed with this toner.
Going back to Brother original toners and hope this Moustache product has not wrecked my Printer.
