I purchased 206x 4 cartridges for my hp color laser jet pro mfpm283cdw. I installed them and the printer blocked the cartridges and will not print because of non hp chips.
What can I do? Return them?

I ordered an original Xerox High capacity Black toner for my Work Center 6605 and I got a WorkCentre 3550 cartridge instead .

I ordered a toner cartridge for my HP 2600N Laser Jet color printer and received this within one week. It was what was ordered.

I would have rated the experience as a 4.5 if I could have.

The customer services department were deducted .5 for not responding as quickly as I would have liked. Concern was generated after checking on the status of the order after a few days it was showing as not having been processed. On Friday, I contacted their office. On Monday I again had my messages go to voicemail and when these were unanswered, I wanted to the cancel the order. A few hours later it was delivered.

Chalk it up to summer hours? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

As it was very challenging to get this cartridge, I was very pleased to be able to get this from a Canadian supplier.

They have attractive prices but bad communication. The system never updates that orders have shipped. There is no tracking information. I have never had them answer the phone. There is no toll free number. On my last order they just refunded it when I asked about the status. They are a legit company but not professional in regards to service delivery and communication.
