Overall great place to buy a legitimate parts for conversion. I have to lower the score for not accurate delivery time on the website - claiming delivery 2-3 days but they shipped my order nearly 2 working days after my purchase which extended the delivery time and delayed my plans. In a conversion time is an essence so for the future I will stick with Amazon or eBay for urgent parts as I can’t let these delays stop my build especially paying premium for parts.

I ordered a 100/30 Victron charge controller it arrived but had a strong smell of burning and the instruction booklet was missing contacted them straight away and they sent a new replacement within a few days which was perfect and has been working fine for 10 months now I have since ordered various products and they have been top notch they are a little more expensive than eBay etc but you know your getting the right product and great customer service in my experience hope this help anyone looking to purchase from a good company

Had an issue with my product and they sorted the problem out straight away with no fuss. 10/10 would buy from here again.

Decided to order a 12v leisure battery for an upcoming camping trip, based on recommendations I went with 12vPlanet. Need to leave a review to call out Joe for top quality service on this one, placed the order in plenty of time but TNT were doing their best to torpedo the operation on delivery (not 12vPlanets fault, delivery chosen by battery manufacturer). Helped out big time in chasing this down and getting to it me, friendly and helpful on the phone to a fault, go with these guys. Will buy from them again when I need more kit.

Superb customer service every time, used them on numerous occasions and always delivered quickly and reliable. Each part labelled and never had an error even on multiple part orders.

Recently bought a few items from this company Dc4 smart switch and a victron cable goods arrived quickly and all work very well 5 star overall for service.

These guys are best in business they helped me out a while back, out of what could of been a very costly mistake, unbelievably not only did they have the parts I needed they even made it all up for me there and then, above and beyond! Thanks very much

Spoke to Graham at 12 volt Planet for a product I could not get anywhere and he managed to find what I needed in no time excellent customer care from this company many thanks to Graham for his help I would strongly recommend this company 👍

I had cause to ask for some help from 12V Planet with regards to changing an electrical system in my campervan. 12v Planet offered support with this promptly and in a way that made me feel very happy to purchase from them - still a project in process by great experience so far

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a Truma INet X Connect box and an adapter. Both arrived next day and were packaged well.
The adapter was the wrong one, so I returned it easily with their online returns form, they emailed me the postage label, and off I went to the Post Office.
I followed the Tracking and when it showed as delivered, I called up and the lady I spoke with was super helpful. She said it had literally dropped on her desk as we were speaking and issued the immediate refund there and then.
Good solid company to deal with, buy with confidence. Thanks 12 Volt Planet, I’ll be back in future, and will review the Inet X Box on my YouTube Channel very soon.

Shockingly good experience, was really impressed how a warranty issue was dealt with so swiftly and professionally. One of the best customer service examples I've ever known.

What can I say a top company it’s easy just to steal stuff and get it posted quick which is brilliant which these do the next day but when things do go wrong not their fault they immediately put it right that’s when you can tell whether it’s a good company or not and these are 10 out of 10 very much recommend them

Great experience buying products from this shop, Joe was a great help on the phone helping me setting up my dc to dc charger. I would highly recommend buying products from this shop

$13 for single core 4AWG from 12v shop v $21 for 2 core from another supplier! That's a saving of $5 a metre as I needed black and red cables!

Everything they sell is more expensive than other suppliers including shipping.

Maybe do your due diligence and shop around.

Amazing service when I wanted to return something. Got a replacement product with a day. Highly recommend them.
