Expensive
Expensive. Not as described as had a switch which would have prevented it fitting. I had to rewire it.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We always aim to provide the best advice possible, but with the wide range of products we stock, there may be occasions where additional accessories are required depending on the installation. In this case, the product page for the Victron Digital Multi Control 200/200A GX does state that an RJ45 cable is required but not included, with a link provided to purchase one.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and understand your frustration. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the difference between the next day and standard delivery service. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and product guidance.
