The customer assistant was great. He got me with a dentist. The dentist was really nice. The customer assistant was so good he consider my drive time and he connected me with the dentist office

Very nice helpful

The receptionist has a very aggressive and unkind attitude. And the dentist is unprofessional. She took 5 minutes attending me, after making me wait 20 minutes locked in the office, she came to work and performed the procedure, worried because it was already 5 pm and she finished her shift soon, poor quality in the service and unprofessionalism, I am not satisfied with the work she did on my teeth.

My experience so far was informative. The doctor was very nice and polite and genuinely wanted the best for and my situation. I would recommend this place to any and everyone.

You listened to my concerns and worked to help meet my needs as soon as possible. The dentist you got me an appointment with was so kind and called to see what she could do to relieve the pain since it was Sunday and then made sure we got in first thing Monday morning. Great experience!

helped me find a destist (at midnight lol) in ny that was open on sunday's so i could fix a chipped tooth the same day.

Agent was very helpful, service was quick and painless!

2nd time using 1800 dentist, last dentist retired so time to search again. Rep very professional and helpful. What a life saver!

The dentists office they found for me (choice Dental) lie to get people in thier office.They gave a appointment at 1:00 pm I told them I had just broken my back molar and was in pain and need an dentist to pull the tooth asap.They said no problem we can take of it.I got to the office 12:50 pm.checkin and sat down.About 45 mins later a lady who had also been wait ask the receptionist when is the Dr going to see her and her appointment was at 1:00pm.The office was full of about 10 people.About 4 orher people said there also had a 1:00pm appointment. I FINALLY SAW THE DENTISTSat 2:15pm they couldn't pull my tooth they only had one denist and he was an oral Surgeon and didn't give me any pain meds .I had to ask for antibiotic. They gave appointment for a week later for when the oral Surgeon comes in.
