"Was scrolling YouTube recently and clicked on a factory tour video from this store—liked that they showed the whole making process, instead of just product shots. Figured I’d place an order, even though I knew it’d take a while to get here.
Since it’s made to order at the factory, plus has to ship all the way cross-border, I didn’t expect it to turn up fast—and it didn’t, which was totally fine, they were upfront about the timeline anyway. When the package finally showed up, I hauled it inside right as my landlord popped in to check the aircon filters. He glanced at the plain box and went, “New furniture for the spare room?” I just nodded, and he didn’t ask anything else—zero logos or labels on it, so that was a huge relief.
Opened it later that day: the quality lines up with what I saw in the factory video—solid build, no weird chemical smells, the little finishing touches look really careful. Left it out for an hour to air, and that was that.
Haven’t had to reach out to their team or anything, since it was all just as I expected. The wait was totally worth it for the quality and the no-fuss packaging—super handy when you’re renting and don’t want random questions."
