4 stars because the shorts didn't fit - I needed a larger size. Having said that, the material and quality of sewing was very good. I reached out about exchanging for a larger size and was offered a partial refund - which I initially declined. However, when going to USPS and discovering the cost to mail to Australia I decided to keep the shorts and take the patial refund.
Sarah was very accomodating and I'll probably be ordering more shorts - in the correct size.

I now have 4 pair of 19th lab golf shorts and they fit perfectly. Usually, I have to have my shorts legs shortened but not with 19th lab shorts.

Itâs truly lacking
The delivery and packaging is timely and proper. You will get your products in good shape.
I have insoles, shoes and shorts from them. They are acceptable in quality but lacking in finish. You know the saying âyou get what you pay forâ? Well Iâm not impressed and Iâm feeling short of what I paid for. Itâs functional. The price and quality donât match. This is where I use the word âcheapâ.
I have a review done on the shoes specifically.
Donât spend here to save a few bucks be willing to for pay more somewhere else.

30 day no questions asked guarantee is worthless
They advertise a no question asked 30 day trial period. The shorts didnât work for me as the pockets are too shallow and the fit doesnât work for my body type. I contacted customer service for a refund and to utilize the guarantee you have to ship the shorts back to Australia and pay international postage, even though the shorts were shipped to me from California. They did offer a partial refund to keep them but they make the guarantee very difficult and expensive to use

Return process turned GOOD
I ordered two pair of golf shorts from the 19th golf lab.
When I received them they them they just didnât fit right.
I emailed Customer Service, they were very cooperative and immediately placed a replacement order for a different size shorts. to my surprise they told me not to return the shorts that were to small but give them to someone that could wear them. I did that and made someone very happy and Iâm sure a potential future customer.
What a great experience dealing with what could have been the typical exchange/return process. With 19th lab golf they took the opportunity to make two customers happy with a process that worked for all! I will buy again from this company.
