Sottratti 150€ dalla vincita con la scusa di un “cashback assegnato per errore”
Ho avuto un’esperienza estremamente negativa con 1bet. Dopo una vincita, mi sono visto sottrarre 150€ dal saldo con la motivazione che mi era stato “assegnato un cashback per errore”.
Ho chiesto più volte:
- la clausola dei Termini e Condizioni che autorizzerebbe a detrarre una vincita reale
- la documentazione dell’accredito del presunto cashback
- il dettaglio del calcolo che giustifica esattamente i 150€ sottratti
Non ho ricevuto nessuna prova, nessuna clausola, nessun documento. Solo risposte vaghe e ripetitive come “è stato concesso per caso”.
Quando ho chiesto chiarimenti più precisi, la chat ha smesso di rispondere pur restando aperta. Nessuna trasparenza, nessuna spiegazione, nessuna volontà di risolvere.
Segnalo questa esperienza per avvisare altri utenti: la gestione delle vincite e delle detrazioni è stata opaca e non supportata da alcuna documentazione.

Saldo reale azzerato
Ho depositato soldi reali e giocato regolarmente. Il sito ha azzerato tutto il mio saldo reale e le vincite, giustificando con un “cashback accreditato per errore”. Questo non può essere vero perché il cashback del 5% 1) era corretto (mi hanno restituito 29,99€) e nell’ultima settimana ho giocato circa 600€ alle slot, quindi era totalmente legittimo, 2) avevo altri soldi REALI (circa 250€) nel mio account prima del cashback, quindi li avrei giocati comunque. Avevo recuperato il mio saldo e ora mi è sparito dal conto. (Attualmente ho zero euro sul conto!
Ho screenshot e prove di 500€ di saldo reale, (di cui stavo prelevando 400 e 70 li avevo in gioco) ma il supporto risponde solo con frasi generiche senza ripristinare i fondi.
Se il problema non verrà risolto, denuncerò la questione alle autorità della Curacao eGaming. Sono pronto a modificare la recensione se ripristinano correttamente il saldo e le vincite.

Unfortunately customer service does not exist.
From long time I have been asking for self exclusion on my account.
Every time they are sending you offers of free spins etc just to keep you in .
As well neverending 8%withdraw policy is insane. There is no period of 30 days no begining and end period. And any additional withdraws even after 30 days is charged 8 %.
Writing that review as hope some authority may look to multiple complaints as that company is not complying with gambling regulations in many eu countries.
Self exclusion policy is obligatory on request and non compliance is severe breaching of regulations in my opinion.

Stay away from this casino! They are absolute fraudsters and thieves.
I had a balance of €1,000. I played games fairly, lost some money on Blackjack, and eventually tried to withdraw my remaining €450. Not only have they made me wait for over THREE WEEKS for my withdrawal, but they eventually just deleted my winnings and rejected the payout.
When I asked why, they gave me a vague excuse about "bonus manipulation" and told me to contact their support via email for more details. I have sent multiple emails, and they have NOT responded for over TWO WEEKS. They are completely ghosting me after stealing my money.
This is a classic scam tactic: they let you deposit and lose, but the moment you win or try to withdraw your own balance, they make up fake rules and stop communicating. This site belongs to the Famagousta B.V. group do not trust them with a single cent!
I will be reporting this to every gambling authority and forum until this is resolved.

I was reading this opinions and I was going crazy because I hade huge payout.
4k€ on one transaction and more waiting. I had to wait 5 day for confirmation but I got it. Casino have really good RTP and the games actually pay. They could work on withdrawal system, but definitely not a scam. So if You are in situation like me, just don't cancel withdrawals.

Questo non è un semplice disservizio: è un comportamento gravissimo, soprattutto per un operatore che accetta clienti italiani. Ignorare deliberatamente la richiesta di chiusura di un conto è contro le regole, e mi ha causato ulteriori perdite di denaro che potevano essere evitate.
In passato venivano concessi giri VIP da 0,40€, mentre ora il trattamento è peggiorato in modo evidente: promesse sparite, supporto inutile e totale mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Quando conviene a loro il conto resta aperto, quando conviene al cliente viene ignorato.
A questo punto pretendo una risposta immediata e una soluzione concreta:
👉 almeno 300 giri gratis da 0,40€ come minimo risarcimento
OPPURE
👉 chiusura immediata e definitiva del mio conto su 1bet100.com, senza ulteriori scuse o rinvii.
Continuare a ignorare richieste ripetute di chiusura del conto è inaccettabile, scorretto e mette seriamente in dubbio l’affidabilità e la legalità della piattaforma. In assenza di una soluzione, procederò con segnalazioni alle autorità competenti e ai canali di tutela dei consumatori.
