Best place in town to get computer supplies or repair work.

Richmond gave us great customer service. Checked out our laptop and determined our issue to be a bad ac adapter. He then was able to build a top notch computer which we're very pleased with. He then came over and helped us install it. Top notch, 10/10 would recommend!

Tech updated my laptop completely but had to return to add some information. He returned the next day to finish and was done in a few minutes with no additional charge… always excellent service with friendly, professional attitude!

John stayed about 45 minutes and all seemed well on Friday when he left. But another wifi problem revealed itself as the weekend continued (slow speed, buffering TV streaming, no wifi at the other end of the house). I called on Monday and he diligently worked out the problem and all is good now!

They built my computer a few years ago and have been there whenever I needed help. The “Any Desk” remote repair app is SO convenient when I mess things up. And they are so patient and competent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

John...plain and simple. The guy is a straight-up hard worker. LIke they used to make in the day. Dude shows up, ontime, has the depth of knowledge, the parts & the equipment to solve the issue. And reasonable prices are a benefit
We have employed IT professionals before, but the way those techs spoke to us left us feeling demeaned and under-valued. John's company breaks all those rules - he is actually a good man with a heart to provide great service. John is even rubbing off on his colleague, Cody. First couple calls with him were "tight" & "transactional", but recently his 'bedside manner' has markedly improved, and it is becoming more of a pleasure to work with him, as well.

My laptop had a virus which totally locked up my computer. Cody and Rich worked diligently to resolve the problem. I had to return back for another issue and both gentleman spent the extra time and offered suggestions to prevent further problems. I will return back to them in the future. Thank you.
