Fake deposit process.i deposited 300rs but amount is not credited in my 1cric account

My user id is amin8158 and I don't want to give single star also but im giving its soo bad behaviour nd treatment i received in 1cric website i make a withdrawal 1000rs on 3 October and its 11 October 7 days completed but still I didn't receive my money and whenever i talk with customer service they only telling me wait be patient and wait until Tomorrow and wait for hours this is soo bad 😞 i didn't expect this

These are crooks when you win they deduct some money and say bet is running or you lost, 3 rd time this has happend to me todayI gave them entire statement which they refused to provide and kept arguing I have bet the amount that is why my balance decreased.
I gave them full account statement the guy on whatsApp says we processed the withdrawal 2 times by mistake what bloody lying crooks, still the amount didn't match nor did they process 2nd withdrawal nor my 1st withdrawal is credited till date. This app doesn't have a company name Or corporate office address this is a bunch of crooks who spend on marketing and lure people to use the platform and then if you won rape you mentally and siphon your money.Please avoid don't fall for the positive reviews they are all cooked up.
