Déplorable ! Accueil hautain, un responsable commercial m'a dit que si je n'investissait pas plus je ne l'intéressait pas car à vouloir gérer toute seule j'allais faire chuter les statistiques de 1market, rien que ça !
Depuis je suis contacté quasiment tous les jours et dernièrement j'ai eu un message vocal ou je me fais insulter ( insulte que je ne pas mettre car il n'est pas possible de mettre des "mots inappropriés" dans le commentaire)
c'est un site de guignols , jamais je ne confierai 1€ à une telle bande de bras cassés !! allez vendre des chichis sur la plage!

Begonnen met 1500, maar ze bleven maar dagelijks bellen en bedelen dat ik het moest verhogen naar 5000.
ze ''begeleiden'' je, maar van een stoploss hebben ze nooit verteld.
één keer een trade gezet op olie in overleg. uurtje later gebeld dat ik geld moet storten anders ben ik alles kwijt omdat die koers was ingestort ipv van de verwachte stijging. En dan kom je in de min en verkopen hun het gewoon voor je met verlies. 3 dagen later was de koers hersteld en zou ik winst gemaakt hebben. Maar dankzij hun ff ruim 2000 euro kwijt in 1 maand dankzij de ''goede'' begeleiding.

Ik zou het iedereen zwaar afraden. Ook omdat ze zo mega opdringerig zijn en je dagelijks blijven bellen en zeggen dat je meer geld moet storten.

Reactie: Dat bedoel ik dus, wel knap dat je met bedragen van 2000 euro geen fatsoenlijke stoploss word aangeleerd, maar ze wel blijven bedelen dat je meer geld moet storten om daarna met hefbomen te gaan werken. Volgens mij eerst de basis goed en dan de rest? bij jullie is het eerst je geld kwijt, daarna nog meer storten.

These people are terrible. I left the platform and asked to remove my account long long time ago. I am still getting calls from all sorts of numbers bithering me with the questions why i left. I aksed million times not to call me again as i am not interested, but still they are calling constantly. They shared my personal date with god know whom and they wont stop bothering me. Just annoying!!!

je suis très étonné de l'attitude de la commerciale de votre société que j'ai eu au téléphone et par message mail ! pour qui se prend elle pour arroger les gens de cette façon à partir du moment où vous lui dites que vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec elle. Comment commercialement peut on dire à un client que vous n'avez pas besoin de lui compte tenu du nombre de demandes que vous avez par jour ? comment peut on se permettre de faire comprendre au client potentiel à mot presque ouvert qu'il n'est qu'un imbécile. Je tiens à la disposition de la direction de cette personne le contenu de nos échanges par mail en espérant qu'elle saura prendre la sanction qui est nécessaires. Je précise que si je n'ai pas bien compris les choses c'est peut être parce qu'elles m'ont été mal expliquées. Je reste à l'écoute d'une personne compétente qui voudra bien prendre le temps de m'expliquer les choses sans forcer et sans brûler les étapes. Peut être aboutirons nous à quelque chose de positif. Mais franchement merci de vous occuper de la personne concernée qui vous fait certainement perdre de belles affaires !!!

Bonjour sa fais depuis le début de l’année que j’utilise la plateforme j’ai suivi des cours de trading avec mon gestionnaire de compte par téléphone.

Retour très positif, on génère rapidement un complément de revenu.

Retrait sous 48h sur le compte bancaire.

El 23 de mayo de 2022, realice una transferencia de 6006Euros a 1 MArket. Pasados los días la transferencia no constaba en el haber de mi cuenta. La respuesta del comercial, R.M., el cual iba a estar a mi entera disposición, me daba largas como problema técnico, el dinero ha llegado pero todavía no lo podemos poner en la plataforma.
Finalmente me piden un documento swift el MT103 que se le envía el 23 de junio. A fecha de hoy, mi diligente comercial no me coge el teléfono y en la plataforma de atención al cliente me indican que lo están solucionando. ESTAFA SCAM.

1 market big scam
On May 23, 2022, make a transfer of 6006Euros to 1 Market. After a few days, the transfer did not appear in the credit of my account. The response from the commercial, R.M., who was going to be at my entire disposal, gave me pause as a technical problem, the money has arrived but we still can't put it on the platform.
Finally, they ask me for a swift document, MT103, which is sent to them on June 23. To date, my diligent commercial does not answer the phone and on the customer service platform they tell me that they are solving it. SCAM SCAM.

Being a trader, my experience has been very bad. It's been more than a month and I have exhausted all my options to contact them (through tens of emails, tel, and chats) but no one bothers to respond. I have open positions and they don't care. ZERO Customer Service. They lie about their offerings and then don't fulfil their commitments/incentives. I am now feeling as if they are a scam or a fraud. Their Regulator must investigate their activities.

Niet mee in zee gaan, ik ben alles kwijt geraakt, ik had het traden goed onder de knie, maar ze lieten mij dingen onder druk doen, waardoor ik moest bij storten, om het te redden, maar ik trapte weer in zijn praatjes en zetten een trade samen met hem en ja hoor binnen een half uur alles weg,,ik heb er nachten niet van geslapen. Voel me echt bedrogen.
Zelf had ik mijn account van 4000 naar 7000 getrade. En toch weer advies van diegene een trade gezet.
Ze doen eerst een paar winnende trades om je een goed gevoel te geven, je trapt er gewoon in.
Voel me zo dom..

Trap er niet in....

Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk tuurlijk makkelijk gezegd,( zie bericht hieronder.)Maar als je aangeeft dat je rustig wil traden en ze zeggen dat je iets moet doen wat achteraf een veel te hoge risico is.
Vind ik niet eerlijk. Hij is de expert.
Terwijl ik dit zelf aangaf. Ik was zelf aan het traden en dat ging prima. Elke keer als ik advies kreeg ging het mis. 2 x heb ik het zelf nog kunnen redden. Om bij te stortten.
Het voelt gewoon niet goed.
Waarschijnlijk verdienen zij hiermee.

Very pushing account managers to load more money to your account so they can advise you how to trade as their systems only work with higher amounts of money. also really spamming my mailbox to show results of the traders they advise. really annoying. would really not advise to go with them. also they advise that they are good traders and therefore do not need to use stop loss in the trades...... i rest my case.

Almost perfect, but the withdrawal is clunky

One star is still too much.

Within 3 weeks I lost everything ( nearly 60.000). This is entirely due to the very incompetent guidance with very little to no experience people. Telling beautiful stories and finally making you pay.

Wat mij erg aanspreekt is de Nederlandse coaching en de duidelijke begeleiding.
Ook begonnen met me eerste beleggingen en alvast wat kleine rendementen kunnen pakken.
Stap voor stap naar het grotere werk.

Well, they were persuading me with licences, reasuring me that they are serious and so on.
When I widrawed money the amount did not match the amount requested, plus, everything what I won I cound't widraw. After I widraw my money, the history of transactions was lost and everything which last was only widraw request, which was twice cancelled by them so they could take the amount which I traded on their platform.

I requested a call but no answer, the numbers which they called don't work. The person who supposed to help me with trading was on phone with me 3 times.

I do not recommend them, you loose your nerves for their profit.

Trader (or its affiliate) is using fraudulent advertising practices in Czech language, official complaint to the Czech National Bank was send.

Ik ben een beginner, maar wordt erg goed geholpen door mijn persoonlijke accountmanager

Nu alleen nog beetje meer winst maken :)

I don’t recommend 1market to anyone unless your a pro… the high leverage is just too dangerous u can lose your hard worked money just like that ‘poef’ and it’s gone… so plz don’t do this to ur self just go to a normal broker with less leverage..

I have been scammed by this company. Cem Yalin, who is working for this company has called me and has advised me to invest in a position on the stock of Aselsan for more than 500 dollars. He has advised me exactly what I should do, and I also said to him that I wanted a risk threshold, so that I would not lose all my money. He said that was okay, and that I would not make huge losses. Two days later and the total balance on my account is gone! Customer support is not picking up the phone, and not answering my mails. Just a scammer organization. Watch out!! All the positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake and are generated by 1Market. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Oh, yes by the way I already sent a mail to support but they won't respond! Just scammers!

There is something weird and fishy about this company.
First of all, you see on their website that they won the best CFD broker award of 2021; I've searched the whole Internet but couldn't find such a thing!
The moment I registered I received immediately a call from a lady called "T. H" (which I assume it is not her real name), she talked soo much and killed me with the story that she is a single mum and lost all her money in Canada!
Anyway these people pushes the client to invest more and more money and to upgrade to a pro profile while you are a beginner!
In the beginning we made a few profits but when the market went against us she came up with the most stupid ideas and risk management's, which made me lose money.

What also annoyed me was the fact she kept saying their office is based in Berlin but that was a lie. They simply call from Cyprus! I don't know why they lie about that?

- Suddenly I had a new account manager called "M. B", and he assumed he has a degree from the economy university of Amsterdam, well I can tell from his way of talking and writing that his highest degree is the kindergarten. I wasn't happy with his supports so requested another analyst.

Also there app and website are very annoying and the page keeps loading, and I can't enter my account 😑

Anyway do your own researches before starting an account here! The high leverage at 1market might be interesting, but there is zero risk management and good support.
