Terrible site
Terrible site. Customer service just use copy and paste and don’t really help. I accidentally cancelled a bonus when trying to withdraw funds and it took my whole balance off me. Terrible site

Impossible to cash out - beware!
Beware! Avoid this site at all costs. They are unregulated. They happily take your deposits but make it impossible for you to cash out winnings. Using the excuse of Anti money laundering requirements they require documentation that is not provided by UK banks. (And such proof is not a legal requirement - statements showing the times of transactions)
Looks totally legitimate but that’s highly doubtful based on my experience.
I was very communicative with the support team at 1Red as I wanted a smooth withdrawal and yet I was given incomplete information. I explained many times that UK bank statements do not show the times of transactions but they are insisting that that must be shown on the bank statement showing a specific previous payment totally unrelated to the winnings I am trying to claim.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE, it is a scam and they will do all they can do not to pay out.
It seems they give different requirements for withdrawing to different people. If they were legitimate they would list all the documentation needed for a withdrawal on their website. Also, they would not take payments using dummy names showing on the card statements e.g. SmoothiesOnline.

I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before using this company\.
Deposits are processed instantly, but my withdrawal has now been outstanding for over two weeks\. Instead of receiving my funds, I have repeatedly been asked to provide bank statements as proof that the payment has not reached my account\.
I contacted my bank, who explained that a statement covering the period up to the current day cannot be produced instantly and takes approximately 24 hours to generate\. Despite explaining this on multiple occasions, I have continued to receive the same request for a statement “up to the present day”\. Each time I upload the documents requested, they are placed under review, only for me to be asked for the same information again\.
This has resulted in an endless cycle of delays with no clear progress towards resolving the issue or releasing my withdrawal\.
My concern is not simply the length of time it has taken, but the repeated requests for documentation that I have already explained cannot be produced immediately\. It feels as though the process is being unnecessarily prolonged rather than resolved\.
In my experience, depositing money was effortless, but withdrawing my own funds has been extremely difficult and frustrating\. A company should apply the same level of efficiency to withdrawals as it does to deposits, particularly when customers are simply trying to access money that belongs to them\.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company\. If you are considering using them, I would urge you to research other customers’ experiences carefully before depositing your money\.

Tried loads of different sites before…
Tried loads of different sites before and most of them were a pretty rough experience tbh. So far this one’s been solid, from the speed of crypto withdrawals to the amount of games, loads of providers on here. Always something to do. I don’t get bored here and don’t have to stress over slow payouts to my wallet. The cashback surprised me aswell, easy wagering terms and it actually gives back some of the money you lose instead of being just another marketing gimmick.
