EasyJet sent our case to LGW instead ofâŠ
EasyJet sent our case to LGW instead of Madrid we had so much hassle trying get help from EasyJet at the airport
( no one there to help ) after two hours searching we decided to just to head to our hotel and see if we could call easy jet the first person we called gave us another number to call so we did and we were given another number for us to call again
This happened 6 times being sent from pillar to post
so we decided to email them they emailed us back and said it would take up to 10 days to get back to us we were only in Madrid 4 days
Got back home they sent us a email asking us to contact Madrid airport
I couldnât believe it another number to call rather annoying when it was EasyJet that caused the problem NOT US
Anyway out of the blue we had a call from Mike from first flight to tell us they have located our missing luggage and that he will get the case to us as soon as possible such a professional person understanding and so dedicated to his job really good manor in customer relations he said that he would sort everything out for us and get our case sent to us
the case has now arrived to our house now so
Thank you very much Mike your a gentleman your the only person who didnât give us another number for us to call

Missing Wallet
My daughter left a card holder on a flight from Almeria back in April. It had her bank card, driver's licence and other bits in it. I logged the missing item more than in hope but to our surprise and delight got an email to say that it had been located! The wallet is now on its way back to my daughter. The service I received was fantastic and would certainly recommend logging anything that gets mislaid because I a sure the 1stFlight team will do all they can to locate it.

Excellent easyJet staff
We lost one of our cases on the return from our holiday in Malaga. After many failed attempts to get the problem resolved with Tui, we contacted easyJet and Gemma looked after us.
I cannot praise Gemma highly enough. She has worked extremely hard to locate our lost luggage and got it returned to Gatwick where we could collect it.
Without Gemma we would never have seen our luggage again. Our next holiday will be an easyJet holiday.

Upon arriving in Gatwick I was unable to retrieve my checked suitcase. I returned to the US and made contact with Easy Jet and was promptly contacted by Gemma initially and then Mike. Mike followed through finding and verifying my suitcase. He was polite and professional and he and the process was very efficient. He was able to receive approval from Easy Jet to send my luggage to the U.S. which arrived undamaged everything intact and quickly. I can't thank Mike enough for the effort he put forth into dealing with this issue. I was so happy to receive my suitcase with everything in it just the way I packed it despite Mike having to verify contents. Thank you Mike for everything you did !!!

Incredible Service
I canât believe how great their service was and especially their agent near Gatwick, named Mike. He went above and beyond to get my back which had been mishandled by LH in Naples, Italy to me in Florida, USA. He called and emailed, found a business card and did the follow up. There had been no trace of the bag from LH or United. Frustrating interactions w both airlines. Somehow he got it to me through an old Easy Jet sticker though we werenât on Easy Jet. It had been missing for 11 days. After Mike got involved, I had the bag in 24 hours. So grateful for his interest in returning it to me. Big thank you to you and your team. Iâve flown over a million miles on UA alone, and this was outstanding and unexpected service.

My wife and I were returning from a short vacation. The route was difficult, we had two transfers and on the first one we had to pick up and re-check our luggage. To our surprise, our suitcases were not on the luggage belt. We had to fill out an application and rely on the words of the employees, who said that in three or four days we would receive our suitcases back. 11 days have passed, and the airline we were flying with refused to consider our case because it did not have the necessary documents from us. We almost lost hope that we would ever get our things back and prayed to God for a miracle. And now I got a message from Mike from First Flight that our luggage has been found! As it turned out, the luggage tags were not pasted on the suitcases and they remained unidentified at the airport of departure until they got to the First Flight. We praise God and express our great gratitude and appreciation to Mike and the entire First Flight service! Of course, it was very important to get our things back, but even more important was the attitude of respect and attentive treatment of us as customers in order to help us in our situation.

Reported our missing luggage as soon as we arrived home. We returned from Madrid on the fateful country wide power outage day (28/4/25)
1st flight contacted me within 24 hours. I am very happy to report my suitcase was found and delivered to my door 6/5/25.

Ik wist al dat mijn koffer zonder label op de band was terechtgekomen, dus had maandagochtend weinig hoop hem ooit terug te zien. Keurig beschreven welke kenmerkende artikelen er in zaten. Tot mijn grote vreugde werd ik vrijdagmiddag vanuit Londen gebeld door een heel aardige medewerker die kon bevestigen dat het mijn koffer was die hij voor zich had. Kreeg over de app een foto ter bevestiging en een week na verlies werd hij keurig bij mijn voordeur teruggebracht. Het zijn maar spullen, maar dankzij het werk van deze mensen ben ik superblij!
