Nous Remercions MIKE !!! pour le recherche de nôtre valise à destination de Marseille et qui s'est retrouvé à Londres c'est du très bon travail très bonne communication envoie de message souvent pour nous tenir au courant de l'avancée de la restitution de la valise je recommande vivement cette entreprise merci encore à Mike

Proactive support

My case didn’t arrive on my flight from Tenerife to Dublin. I received a call from Mike to say it had arrived in Gatwick with no label. Mike explained how he had traced it back to me and I confirmed it was mine. He then advised the next steps in the process to get it back to me. He subsequently advised travel and processing updates and I received the case as advised. I appreciated the effort to identify my case and the follow up until I received it. Thanks Mike!

Came home with somebody else case

Came home with somebody else case, sent an email for assistance with getting my case and given the case I had back to the right person. A gentleman called Josh replied to my email and got in contacted with me straight away.
Delt with the situalion and explained everything well. He was very helpful, reasurring and always at the end of the phone. Got my case back in good time.

No impressed at all

Dropped a wallet on a Ryanair flight on Friday 22nd May 2026, I found that the First Flight website but it did not work for at least 5 days and after several complaints to Ryanair about this, it amazingly was working after five days, I have emailed, tried calling loads of times, got nowhere with the AI Bot, then I found the website claim form so reported my wallet lost, got a claim number, and thats it, have not been able to actually "speak" to anyone about my claim as the resulting details on the website are unclear as to what happens next, I read with interest some of the comments about staff and how efficient there were, my wallet has my name and address in it on my driving licence, plus it has my business card with my phone number, email and address, even my bus pass has my address and picture...you would think this is an easy case, if found of course, as there was money in the wallet.....so far I am very unimpressed with the communication of this company, and will perhaps take the next step and drive to Elsenham where the company is located to see if I can locate it myself...

Forgot my red shoulder bag on board…

Forgot my red shoulder bag on board the flight from Copenhagen to London Stanstead on 31/05/26 early morning. The bag had multiple personal items . I was advised to fill the online form as my bag was left inside the aeroplane which I did and I keep refreshing the portal to see is the bag has been found with no avail . But when I checked on the status it’s showing awaiting disposal which is confusing as I have not had any information confirming same . I have tried the WhatsApp app but been offline all day yesterday and still is today . I have tried calling but the phone goes straight to voicemail and emails enquires are automated and advises to fill the form on the portal . How does this portal work if there’s no communication? I am very disappointed from lack of communication. Can someone explain what await disposal means ?

My bags are stuck at. First Flight Fowarders, cannot talk to anybody there!

Ryanair sent my bags to First Flight Fowarders, who sent me an email saying I needed to pay £65, to transfer to Carry My Luggage. They asked for my phone number so I could pay over the phone. I have sent several emails over the past week AND HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. I tried to use the Live Chat, but I get a BOT that says, I cannot help you. I NEED MY LUGGAGE RETURNED! Case OHD DUBFR51141.

I left my Samsung tablet in the seat…

I left my Samsung tablet in the seat pocket of a flight from Corfu to Gatwick last week , I eventually managed to fill the on line form to get a reference code to use the chat portal which then I was told they found an item that could be it & could I give them details of screen saver / passcode etc which I did immediately and I’m still waiting a week later for a response. There is no urgency what’s so ever with this company and I need my tablet back asap

My luggage was picked by someone else I…

My luggage was picked by someone else I believe accidentally. Waited hopping my luggage will turn but Nil. I was advised to log a claim which I did, I did not get a confirmation email. Two days later I received a call from Josh First flight, informing me that my luggage was returned to Gatwick if I wanted to pick it up or delivered to address. I opted for delivery, my luggage was delivered next day by DHL.So grateful to both first flight and DHL for the Services

First Flight great customer care

First Flight contacted me! I was unaware that I was missing some legal documents until they sent me a letter. I emailed them and they arranged for my documents to be returned within a few days. I have seen other reviews damning the company but I have had no issues.

Missing Suitcase

My bag didn’t arrive in Gatwick

My bag didn’t arrive in Gatwick, and we had an onward flight to Turkey 3-4 hours later. Unable to submit the required EasyJet form online, we were left in limbo as to what was happening with our luggage.
A couple of days later, out of the blue, we were contacted by Mike (most definitely a Knight in shining armour), and our luggage was on its way to us.
A great service.

One of our bags was lost in Morocco…

One of our bags was lost in Morocco when flying with Royal Air Moroc via Casablanca to Marrakech. We went the entire trip without the bag or any information from what was a rather unhelpful airline. Randomly our bag was found by easyJet at Gatwick having never made it to Marrakech (was lost at Casablanca). We can only assume someone at Casablanca airport threw it onto the next plane going to Gatwick... Luckily nothing missing and Mike at First Flight got in contact and had our bag delivered the next day (a week after we got back from our trip) - Happy ending!

My luggage did not arrive with my…

My luggage did not arrive with my flight. This company uses DHL for delivery. I have been waiting for delivery for over 2 days since DHL said they had received the items for delivery. DHL said it was delayed without any reason or explanation. It is very difficult to contact either DHL or first flight to find out what is happening or when it will be delivered. Very poor service.

Stress-Free Resolution Thanks to First Flight’s Mike Charlton

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mike Charlton from First Flight, the company handling delayed and lost luggage. From the very beginning, Mike stayed in constant contact with me, keeping me fully updated and clearly informed about the exact location of my suitcase and its expected delivery time.
His communication was excellent throughout, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt reassured during what could have been a very stressful situation. It was clear that he genuinely cared about resolving the issue and making sure my holiday was not disrupted.
Thanks to Mike’s dedication and professionalism, my suitcase was successfully returned to Luxor Airport, where I was able to collect it and continue my vacation without further inconvenience.
Mike Charlton’s level of professionalism and commitment is outstanding. He truly made a difficult situation much easier, and I am extremely grateful for his support and effort.
