Natalie was a great trainer. She delivered the training at a high standard and good pace, kept us engaged throughout the day and gave lots of examples of scenarios and tips.

Natalie explained things brilliantly. She made me feel relaxed as I was very nervous. Being nearly 68 I didn’t know if I was too old. I found the whole experience comfortable. I would definitely feel ok doing this again.

Natalie was fantastic, Having first aid training in the past it seemed very robot like training whereas Natalie made it more enjoyable ( not that first aid should be) but made us all feel comfortable to ask questions and gave us more tips for thinking outside of the box situations. Lots of practical and theory throughout the course. The course instructor was very thorough in delivering the course content and explained lots of different scenarios where first aid would be needed.

Would highly recommend this provider. Natalie the trainer is lovely and makes the day interesting and fun (which not all courses are). Good quality resources for all the practical work. The online training part in very informative with a mixtures of videos and reading material.
