worst customer service ever. I've been with them for 2 years and I'm a vip status player. I've requested an email update because I longer have access to my old one and I've sent them all the info required for what seems like the most complicated email update request I've ever experienced with no success. after no success I asked to deactivate my account and the representative says I have to contact another department for that. it's just endless back and forth for 2 weeks with no one competent enough to help.

I want to warn others about my experience with 1win.

After playing on the platform, I had a balance and requested a withdrawal. I was asked to complete KYC verification, which I did successfully. After that, 1win required me to deposit $50 first in order to proceed with the withdrawal. I made this deposit.

Once the $50 was deposited, the withdrawal was still not processed. Instead, I was told that I now need to deposit an additional $100 to “verify my crypto address.” According to their support, withdrawal is impossible unless this extra deposit is made.

This makes no sense. Verifying a crypto address should never require sending more money. It feels like a pattern where new payment requirements are added step by step, while withdrawals are constantly blocked.

I refused to deposit more money and will document this case further.

My conclusion:
Be extremely careful. Withdrawals appear to be conditional on continuous deposits, which is a huge red flag.

I made withdrawal request of ₹1500 on 14/01/2026 and I haven't got it yet on my bank account And Recently I made a withdrawal request of ₹4500 but it is the same.. Haven't received in bank account.

Horrible site. Their customer service is very useless, their sports books is a scam. They will display a certain odds for this event and accept it at a much lower odds. Here’s a perfect example of a pregame matchup: I took raptors at 1.84 and got accepted at 1.66, I tested this with a dozen of events to avoid saying « oh the lines just changed » bla-bla-bla, it always happens

I have played at a number of online Casino's and CANNOT RECOMMEND this one. I deposited money via Interac E-transfer in Canada, won a small amount and I have been trying to withdraw for 3 days and it simply is cancelled every time. No email, messages or explanation why. I won$10346 nearly two weeks ago. First off i was told in order to withdraw my winning i would have to deposit $50usd in one deposit sow I could withdraw it took me 3 deposits because of the fees they charged but i finally got the $50usd deposited and i was verified then. Tried to withdraw and then they required another $100usd i did that and was told i can now withdraw but when i tried a got another error saying they wanted another $334usd to reach VIP cooper level before i could withdraw. Ive alnost deposited $500aud and now they want anothet $570aud im only on the disability pension aand the money i paid and the money they now require is a huge amount of money to me. Anyway the chat line which i might add have been marvellous to me finally got news from upper management say they authorised a one time withdrawal of $10853. I tried to withdraw after receiving this news but once again i got the same VIP cooper for $334usd and couldnt withdraw. Upper management was notified by this problem and i got news that they have fixed the VIP error and now because of my deposit history i can use the authorisation they gave me but when i tried again the VIP error was still there preventing me again from wihdrawing. The chat line has sent many request on my behalf to upper management for the last week but they havent responded. Can anyone help or advice to me so i can get this matter resolved. Futher update As of the 24th of October i can no longer access the site and my account longer exists.My account id number KN37129A is not on their data base nor is my email address or phone number anymore. I live in Australia so my region was restricted but i received a telegram and put into the 1win casino. After they verified me using my Australian information they allowed me to join irregardless i lived in Australia. I can longer correspond to 1win some how they tampered with their telegram they sent me and its changed to deleted status. I never done that. I cant get in the conventional way cause of the limitations of the restriction to our region. Anyway I was looking at my telegrams and in BC GAME my money is in there now i never put it there. This site looks identical to 1wins site. Ive tried to find it on google but its not there.

1win has not processed my withdrawal for 10 days already. I created a withdrawal request for 72,950 rubles, but the funds have not arrived. The technical support does not provide any specific information or assistance; they only tell me to wait. However, I assume their payment system is not responding to them. The withdrawal is not completed, although my account states that the withdrawal was "successful." In reality, the funds are not there. I provided them with a bank statement, but they are just giving me empty promises ("feeding me breakfasts"). The support is terrible.

just tried to make a deposit for the first time , everything went well , transaction was successful . i provided screenshot and transaction id and UTR number and still have not recieved the deposit . i contacted them and they said it can take around 2 hours . i contacted after 2 hours and then they said it can take upto 24 hours . now they are saying it can take upto 7 days .
