Deposited and balance got deducted from my bank but I being an international student dont have mail linked to my SBI bank but I have proof of phonepe transaction and everything but they still don’t care. All they ask is bank statement which is not possible for me to retrieve. Such a scam site.. 339075762 this is my Id

I made a withdrawal of ₹49,500 on 6 December 2025 at 08:46 PM via Bank Transfer (IMPS).
The status shows “Completed”, but I have not received any money in my bank account even after 15+ hours.

IMPS transfers are instant and every completed transaction must have an RRN (Reference Number).
Despite multiple requests, 1Win support has not provided the RRN, Sender Bank IFSC, or timestamp.

My smaller withdrawal of ₹1,350 was successfully credited, which proves my bank details are correct.
So the issue is only with the ₹49,500 payout that has been withheld without explanation.

I request immediate action:
(1) Provide the valid IMPS RRN,
OR
(2) Admit the payout failed and return the amount to my 1Win wallet for reprocessing.

Until resolved, this stands as a withheld payout, and I cannot recommend 1Win based on this experience.

First, I was offered a 50% bonus. When I clicked on the 50% bonus offer and recharged to get the bonus, I did not receive any bonus. It was also showing here that if my account balance went below 50 due to losses, I would get the bonus. My balance did go below 50, but still I did not receive any bonus. This is a fraud company that does not follow its own rules and does whatever it wants.”

1Win has become extremely unreliable. I applied for a withdrawal on 9th November and it’s still not processed even after 17 days now. My Account ID: 18838640 and Ticket No: PAYVIP100187 remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.

Their VIP support, email support, my assigned manager keeps giving generic responses with no action. For a platform claiming fast payouts, this experience feels unacceptable and borderline fraudulent.
